Star Trek can be professed to be one of the most iconic TV shows of the 1960s that had actually portrayed women and minorities in commanding positions mirroring the civil rights movement. And here we stand after 40 years, with claims of the show as being an ‘anti-appealing show’, and it has quite a history of portraying beautiful women in its long run. Following is the top ten list pertaining to them:-
1. Seven of Nine
Jeri Ryan plays Seven of Nine in Star Trek: Voyager. She was born as a human, but was subsumed by the Borg when she was six. She does don a skin-tight sliver costume with an elegant hairdo, which would make just about anyone weak at the knees!
2. Lieutenant Ilia
The role of Lieutenant Ilia was taken up by the late Miss India Persis Khambhatta, who was also featured in Star Trek: The Motion Picture in 1979. She is a Deltan from Delta IV, who already had a relationship with Willard Decker. Though their fates were sealed in the Motion Picture itself, one can’t deny that she was the only one who could pull off that shaved head outlook.
