Star Wars games have always triumphed in delivering high-quality gameplay & fantastic graphics for the players. Even people who do not enjoy Star Wars movies are addicted to Star Wars games. Pretty much every generation of gaming consoles have delivered excellent Star Wars titles. As we all know that after the unbeatable success of Rogue One and Episode VII, Star Wars franchise is enjoying its Golden Era, which means there will be tons of Star Wars related gaming content. Here are the names of Star Wars games that are currently under production and they may or may not be released considering the past of Lucas Arts & Disney:-
1. Battle Of The Sith Lords
“Battle Of The Sith Lords” is stuck in the “Development Hell” since 2010. It was supposed to be a game for PC, Playstation 3, Xbox, Wii U with Darth Maul as the main protagonist along with Darth Talon. Red Fly Studio was working on this game, and the plot was about Darth Maul (Some version of his clone that lived 170 years after the death of original Darth Maul) & Darth Talon going against Sith Empire, specifically Darth Kryat for banishing the “The Rule Of Two.” This game was canceled when the Lucas Arts was taken over by Disney. The game development was almost finished, and even the beta prototype was under the tests when it was abruptly canceled. Redfly is again pitching the idea of resurrecting the game for the next generation consoles and aligning it better with current vision of the Star Wars lore. There is a high probability for this game to come back to life because Darth Maul’s fan following is huge, and Redfly is currently talking with Electronic Arts (EA) for a joint development!
