8 Untold Truths Darth Maul.

The double lightsaber wielding Sith warrior Darth Maul surprised the world with his brief appearance in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. In spite of the fact that the film earned mixed reviews, the fan kickback hit hard. However, if there’s one good thing that came out of Menace, it’s Maul. Donning horns, red and black facial tattoos, and red eyes, he lighted fans’ creative abilities and remains one of the best Star Wars characters ever. However, to the uninitiated, Darth Maul’s backstory and experiences have gone ignored. We have here a few untold truths about him. Here goes…

1. Belongs to the planet of the Rancors

Darth Maul’s story starts on the alien universe of Dathomir. The planet has notoriety all through the Star Wars universe as the local world of the goliath, ravenous mammoths known as Rancors, one of which Luke Skywalker battles in Jabba the Hutt’s palace amid Return of the Jedi. Maul, as he was originally called, was born to a high priestess of the Night sisters called Mother Talzin. Numerous years after Maul’s take-off, another Dark Force user touched base on Dathomir: Asajj Ventress. Ventress had once trained as a Sith under the tutelage of Darth Tyrannus, otherwise called Count Dooku.
